Welcome to PropertyFlow. By deploying our infrastructure, you agree to the following operational parameters.

1. License Scope

We provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) license for lead automation. The license is seat-based unless an Enterprise flat-rate agreement is signed.

2. AI Accuracy

While our LLM-driven agents are trained on specific GCC real estate regulations, any legal advice regarding property transfers must be confirmed by a licensed professional.

3. API Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.98% monthly availability. Downtime exceeding 4 hours results in service credits applied to your next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

PropertyFlow must not be used for unsolicited "cold" WhatsApp spamming. Our system is designed for inbound inquiry handling only.
